A pretty nice (and large) machine, and really good for reducing the impact on the joints – but it becomes loose in the medium and high settings in Motion. An attribute is very disappointing in writing – there is a very decent exploded diagram editing, but they offer a minimum of instructions, and absolutely no indication on how to adjust the stride length, etc. C It is very disappointing especially for such an investment in cash. Also, delivery is not Smooth Fitness staff, but a delivery agent who specialize in this equipment, so they do not know the product and spend time finding ways to assemble, which they seem to have well done
